OPERATING MODEL / PHASE 1

Liquidity needs an operating model.

StewardFi separates intent, constraints, evidence, and settlement so a token issuer can inspect each boundary before delegating any future action.

Four steps. No hidden handoff.

The sequence is a product design requirement. Phase 1 demonstrates the reasoning and disclosure, not the execution.

01

Describe

Frame the launch.

The issuer states the operating objective, treasury constraints, acceptable conditions, and who retains authority. The output is a written brief, not a transaction.

Boundary

Phase 1 does not accept transactions, signatures, or funds.

02

Constrain

Draft the mandate.

The brief becomes a set of inspectable clauses: scope, caps, pause conditions, allowed evidence, and exit requirements. Values remain unavailable until a verified source exists.

Boundary

A preview is not an executable policy.

03

Verify

Audit the evidence.

Every number must identify its source and review time. Missing, stale, or conflicting evidence blocks the next step instead of being replaced by an estimate.

Boundary

An internal snapshot is not independent verification of an onchain fact.

04

Hand off

Separate intent from signature.

A future mandate handoff must show the exact authorization, responsible parties, and settlement path before a wallet can sign anything.

Boundary

No signature, custody, execution, or settlement can be initiated on this site.

Name the chain. Do not invent the contract.

Settlement is scoped to Robinhood Chain. The record below shows the currently published contract address, or “—” when none is available.

WHAT PHASE 1 DOES

  • Shows the intended authority boundaries.
  • Links every proof claim to a public snapshot.
  • Uses “—” when a value cannot be verified.
  • Names future capability by phase and gate.

The exit is a design requirement.

Future authorization cannot be credible if the issuer cannot identify how activity stops and how assets leave.

01

Issuer authority

The issuer must be able to identify who owns pause, plan changes, and withdrawal authority before signature.

02

Published limits

Caps, stale-data rules, and emergency stops must be explicit in the signed mandate and available for review.

03

Independent trail

Future operational events must be visible without relying only on StewardFi's interface or narrative.

These are requirements for later phases. They are not live controls in Phase 1.

Each capability waits for its prerequisite.

No countdown substitutes for verified contracts, interfaces, and review evidence.
